Delivery Options Overview

Orders placed on before 4:00 PM Surinamese time for locations within Paramaribo and Wanica will be delivered on the selected date and time. If there are any additional comments regarding your delivery of the product, you will be contacted using your required contact method. Different delivery times and rates apply for deliveries outside Paramaribo. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our shop if you prefers. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

The delivery costs for the spread areas range between USD 2 and USD 10. Different delivery times and rates apply for deliveries outside Paramaribo

Exchange or Return of Goods

If you notice upon receipt of a product that it is the wrong one or if it is damaged, you can return it immediately at no cost with the courier.

What are the return options?

You can return the product under the following conditions:

  1. The product is in a resalable condition and is returned within 3 days of purchase.
  2. The product has not been used.
  3. The product was delivered in a defective condition.
  4. In cases where the placed order does not proceed, and the customer has already made the payment
How to return  product?
  1. Initiate your return using the online return form. Include your order number, address, and house number.
  2. We will then contact you to arrange a pickup date for the product.

Items paid for with a voucher or gift certificate can also be returned. In such cases, you will receive a credit voucher from HSDS


Refund methods for different payment methods
  • PIN: Refund possible through domestic bank transfer and cash payment at the store.
  • CASH: Refund possible through domestic bank transfer and cash payment at the store, but for SRD currency only. Giro USD and EUR will be refunded electronically. If the customer prefers a cash refund, it will be processed with a 4% administration fee deduction.
  • MOPE: Refund possible through MOPE.
  • UNI5PAY: Refund possible through UNI5PAY.
  • RXPAY: Refund possible through domestic bank transfer, cash, and RXPAY. A 1% administrative fee will be charged to the customer.
  • iDEAL: Refund possible through iDEAL. A 2% administrative fee will be deducted.
  • PAYPAL: Refund possible through PayPal. A 5% administrative fee will be deducted.
Important Note

If additional costs are incurred (e.g., transfer fees), they will be charged to the customer.

Crucial Information:

  • If a refund occurs due to HSDS not being able to fulfill its obligation (non-sales), administrative and additional costs will not be charged to the customer.
  • If the customer cancels the order afterward, for any reason, administrative and additional costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund. The remaining amount will then be refunded.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our stores are not open on every public holidays. If our stores are open on public holidays. We do deliver on that day
