Description of tasks and responsibilities;

  • Locating faults in refrigeration systems (such as refrigerators, freezers, icemakers, etc.) and determining their causes.
  • Fixing/resolving faults in refrigeration systems.
  • Performing maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Discussing the technical status/information of the equipment with customers.

Requirements:

  • Completed education in the field of electrical engineering
  • Approximately 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Works neatly and accurately and avoids risks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Understanding of electrical health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to stay updated with technological advancements
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans, such as service manuals and exploded views of the products we sell
  • Correct use of tools such as multimeters
  • Possession of a valid BE driver's license

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for handling all incoming questions, comments, complaints, and other messages in a customer-oriented and efficient manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first (telephone) point of contact for customers
  • Handle and process all incoming questions and comments
  • Ensure proper resolution of complaints within the specified timeframe
  • Record reports and documentation in the ZOHO system
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Correspond in Dutch, English, and Surinamese
