Step 1

Position the Dispenser
Locate dispenser on a hard, level surface out of direct sunlight and near a grounded outlet. Position it AT LEAST 8 inches from wall to permit free air flow. Dispenser will not function properly if placed too close to walls. Allow dispenser to sit for 30 minutes to allow condenser to settle.
DO NOT plug in power cord yet.

Step 2

Connect Water Bottle
Feed bottle-adapter tube into a filled water bottle, ensuring tube hits the bottom. For a 5-gallon bottle, place adapter over neck of bottle and press securely in place.
For a 3-gallon bottle, press down on the 2 tabs on bottle adapter and slide cap down probe tubing to adjust bottle adapter to fit.
Slide water bottle into dispenser cabinet and close door. Plug in dispenser.
NOTE: Water pump will not work unless door is closed completely.

Step 3

Allow Tanks to Fill
Wait 5 minutes for tanks to fill. Place a cup under water dispense point. Press hot and cold buttons until water dispenses steadily and without air. Dispense and dispose of 1 quart of water.

Step 4

Turn on Switches
Once water flows steadily, release the buttons and turn on the red heating and green cooling switches on the back of the dispenser.
