This is the second kettle of this brand I have purchased bc I like it so much. One for home and one for office. It is of a quality way above its price. I just bought this one but have had the other almost a year without a glitch. This second I bought at a discount bc of an “Price 28” sale – and found it to be just as good as brand new. Only the packaging was damaged. I highly recommend this kettle.
