Time is always of the essence when coffee is in demand. The Proctor Silex 45100 brews approximately 1 cup per minute, meaning you’ll have a full urn ready in under two hours. An indicator light tells you when the coffee is ready, so there’s no guesswork or constant checking involved.

The Proctor Silex Commercial 100 cup Coffee Urn features cup-a-minute brewing and maintains the proper temperature to serve fresh-tasting coffee to large groups and gatherings. Available in 40 cup, 60 cup, and 100 cup sizes, the urns have a durable brushed aluminum finish and have a dual heater system designed to create consistent brews. First the center heater brews coffee and shuts off, and then a gentle warming heater prevents overcooking. The boil-dry protection feature automatically turns the unit off when water in the tank has completely boiled away.
Convenient one-hand dispensing fills cups fast, speeding up coffee service lines and the water / coffee window shows when the coffee level is low. The coffee level tube is easy to remove for cleaning, and the metal cover holds the coffee tube in place for easy viewing. The urn includes a permanent plastic filter basket, eliminating the need for paper coffee filters. A twist-and-lock lid minimizes the chance for spillage, and heavy-duty plastic handles provide convenient portability. Approved to UL commercial standards and NSF approved, this product was designed for restaurant and hotel use.
