The grapes were hand-picked and unloaded. In the cellar grapes went be full-destemming followed by soft crushing. Grapes were suffered a cold soaking before fermentation for a period of 48 hours. Fermentation has occurred in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature (20ºC to 22ºC) for 5 days with daily manual pump over.
